Anwarul Azim did his Master of Commerce in Management from the University of Dhaka. He did his LL.B from the same University. He obtained PGDPM from the then Bangladesh Management Development Centre (Now BIM ) and obtained First class. When he was perusing PGDPM, he in association with few officers formed a “Institute of Personnel Management, Bangladesh”.
He is a Commonwealth Scholar, obtained Commonwealth scholarship (CFTC) in 1983 and completed PGDHRM from the Mediterranean Institute of Management (MIM) Cyprus. Attended a number of short training courses at home and abroad. He is Associated with many social organizations.
He has retired as Managing Director from the services of BCIC, (MOI). Presently, he is the President of IPM and Treasurer of FBHRO.
