Dr. Mohd. H. R. Joarder is an academic, and he has been teaching various courses especially in the field of HRM in reputed national and international universities since 2003. At present, Dr. Joarder is working as a Professor in the School of Business & Economics at United International University. Along with teaching, he has been appointed as the Director of Institute of Business and Economic Research (IBER) for a period of 2 years. Prior to this additional responsibility, Dr. Joarder also worked at this university in the capacity of Director, BBA Program for a period of 2 years. Moreover, he was the visiting scholar of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), an AACSB accredited public university in Malaysia where he taught HRM related courses at graduate and undergraduate levels.
